Suite à l'acquisition de l'immeuble situé au 200 boulevard de la Cité-Des-Jeunes à Gatineau par le groupe H200, le réseau de communication Cision a publié la nouvelle!
L'immeuble locatif de 194 logements fût acheté par le Groupe H200. Les rénovations majeures se poursuivent donc et le projet Altitude H200 sera disponible à la location dès le mois de mai 2023!

Our building in Sainte-Rose is expanding!
The work carried out in conjunction with our general contractor is now complete!
The renovation work was carried out in 2 distinct phases. First, we carried out work on the existing building to prevent it from becoming obsolete, as well as making the premises more pleasant and modern for our tenants.
In a second phase, we also annexed a completely new section to the building in order to create 3 additional apartments which are now ready for rent.
